For those that are looking to change or improve the functionality of your space. This can include moving or opening up walls, additions or complete home renovations.
Will include

If local we will come do a consultation at your space, gather measurements and take photos. These meetings are best done with a contractor to collaborate all together.

We start with the layout, coming up with a new floorpan that works for your family.

Next, after completing a questionnaire to figure out your design style, we come up with a curated mood board with design aesthetic and item suggestions. (1-2 options)

Material, furniture and fixture schedule with links to specific items (including paint colours, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and hardware - if applicable to the space)

Pricing
Pricing for renovations is based on the square footage of the space and the amount of design work included. After we have completed an in home consultation with applicable fee, we will provide a proposal for the full scope of work desired.

procurement
If applicable, this procurement and installation portion will not be included in the design fee and will be invoiced at the end of each month as items are ordered, until project completion.
